Tying with waste is an odd name for a presentation but we though sharing techniques we use to make use of the “less than the best” feathers from a saddle hackle pelt. The WEEKLY TIP will include painting with powder and adding eyes to the weighted fly heads. Please bring your tying thoughts, ideas, production techniques, and Christmas patterns for the SHARING section.
